Here is the original trailer for the film 'Mommie Dearest'--- mostly for Daisy
And Helen's non- lullaby . . .
This is the beginning of the pre-show music -- the music will begin at half hour and we will expect to go up 8 minutes late -- the last song before Curtain is 'Hey Baby' -- however the call to places should coincide with Madness. If we are ready to go on time cut Doctor My Eyes
This is the music for the Interval -- beginning with 'Hold My Hand' and including the next six tracks -- ending with 'Rehab' -- there is more here than we should need unless there is some sort of problem OR we sell out -- otherwise plan to skip . . . Just One Word by The Story
'Man in the Mirror' is the track we will play during the Curtain Call -- the following five tracks will be played immediately afterwards as a post-show atmospheric :->
This is the lead-in for Act I Scene 1
This is Nanny's entrance song
Here is Nanny's seduction theme -- used twice --
This is for Cynthia's sneaking in (both times) --
This Hush Little Baby is for the transition into Act I Scene 2 -- after that we need wind and rain and lightening and thunder in several building Qs -- then a repeat of the Pink Panther theme for Cynthia's second sneaking entrance
This Frere Jacques will transition us into Act I Scene 3
Here is the CHASE ! ! !
Here is music for Nanny to pack by --
This should begin playing just before Nanny leaves and continue to the black out for the end of Act I and therefore it is both the last song of the Act and the first song of the interval :-o
Act II Scene 1 is filled with sound effects that, sadly, are not available on YouTube --- then this awful halting version of Wheels on the Bus will transition us into Act II Scene 2 -- hopefully the scene change will happen quickly and we won't have to listen to much of it . . .
The transition into Act II Scene 3 should have 'The Wall' playing in the blackout -- then a school bell ringing as soon as the lights come up
Act II Scene 4 opens with the opening chorus of 'Three Little Birds' and then for Daisy's onstage costume change we will use 'The Dreaming Tree' (from 4.58 - 5.48) on the track I have on the post-show playlist -- then the blackout at the end of the scene will use the same song, picking up where it left off (5.50 - 6.50) for the scene change. Then we transition into Scene 5 with 'Happy Birthday' -- then a Jig for Daisy's entrance -- and finally some hooting owls and flapping wings for John's DTs -- then the Mouse Club theme for the scene change.
Here is a lullaby to transition us into the final scene . . . Then out with Dave Matthews Band's 'Crush' -- fade up at 3.25 and run it till the end :->
